Q: What is your turnover and why?

A: Turnover varies year-to-year and happens for a variety of reasons: health, life events, economy, under capitalization, failure to follow a system, lack of marketing, lack of business skills. But overall, the number one reason for us is failure to follow a system which includes marketing.

If you want to be more entrepreneurial, don’t invest in a franchise, the franchise system is a product of years and years of trial and error and has proven itself to work. Why reinvent the wheel, keep a positive attitude and follow the system, you’ll have a better chance of success than if you don’t.
